Jermaine Johnson voted with Republicans for House Bill 4120, which created the Illegal Immigration Enforcement Unit inside of SLED, and allowed SLED to coordinate directly with ICE. Then he went on social media and said "FUCK ICE" to try and raise money. Now ICE is in our airports and has opened another location in Columbia.

Raising Your Power Bill

Jermaine Johnson voted with Republicans to pass the Energy Security Act (Jermaine's voting record) after taking money from the power company PACs. This law gave the power companies the right to raise our power bills whenever they want. Now our power bills are going sky high, but Jermaine is not worried because he is building a $15 million solar farm and will profit from those rate increases.

Now Jermaine wants the taxpayers to pay to build his solar farm. Jermaine Johnson introduced House Bill 4692, which will give taxpayer money to solar farm owners, like himself, to build infrastructure and force the power companies to buy his solar power. Jermaine Johnson stands to gain a lot from this bill, which he sponsored.
